Board of Assessment ReviewThe Board of Assessment Review hears grievances from local property owners with respect to their assessment.
A grievance form must be filled and filed with the assessor’s office BY the fourth Tuesday in May. If the form is submitted AFTER the fourth Tuesday in May, the grievance petition will NOT be heard by the Board of Assessment Review.
