Notice is hereby given that I have received the Tax Roll and Warrant for Collection of Taxes in the Town of Cochecton, Sullivan County, New York, for the year 2013 and have fixed the following schedule for receiving the taxes. During the month of January as follows:
On Tuesdays from 4:00pm - 7:00pm, Thursdays 4:00pm - 7:00pm and on Saturdays from 10:00am - 2:00pm at the Cochecton Town Hall located on 74 Smales Road, Lake Huntington, NY or contact me for an appointment.

An additional penalty of $2 will be added to your bill, if you have not paid your taxes by the time the Tax Collector begins sending unpaid notices on or after 3/02/2013, as required by State Law.After March 31, 2013, taxes are payable to the Sullivan County Treasurer, 100 North Street, Monticello, NY 12701, (845) 807-0200, with interest according to section 924-A of the Real Property Tax Law.

The County has imposed an annual fee to pay for solid waste/recycling disposal. This fee appears as a separate line item on your tax bill and is payable along with the tax. Please direct all questions to the County Treasurer’s office at 845/807-0200.
