Please take notice that the Town of Cochecton Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing to consider a Simple Subdivision of the Estate of Jerry Sheppard/ Ira Cohen as Administrator, property located at 175 Mitchell Pond West, SBL#8-1-11.1 on Thursday, June 27, 2013 at 7:30 PM at the Town of Cochecton Town Hall, 74 Smales Rd., Lake Huntington, NY 12752.
