PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWN OF COCHECTON
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Cochecton, at its regular meeting
held on March 11, 2026, adopted a resolution approving a land lease agreement between the
Town of Cochecton (Lessor) and Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless (Lessee).The purpose
and effect of said land lease agreement is for the Lessee to install and operate a cell tower on a
six-acre parcel of land owned by the Town of Cochecton located on Nearing Road in the Town of
Cochecton (Tax Map No. 9-3-25.3)
The resolution was adopted subject to a permissive referendum.
