ADVERTISE FOR BIDS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Cochecton, Sullivan County, New York, is seeking to enforce its Decision and Final Order regarding certain unsafe buildings and structures located at 216 County Road 114, Cochecton, New York (SBL 5.-2-8), made and dated 3/9/2022 and is seeking sealed bids to implement said Decision and Final Order. Such sealed bids will be received by the Town Clerk at the Office of the Town Clerk, 74 Smales Road, Lake Huntington, New York 12752, until 1:00 PM, prevailing time, on the 9th day of August, 2022, after which the said bids will be publicly opened at the regular scheduled Town Board meeting on August 10th , beginning at 7:30 p.m. on said date, or any recessed date thereof, at which time the said bids will be read aloud by the Town Clerk of the Town of Cochecton. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with specific specifications, which specifications may be obtained at the Office of the Town Clerk and shall be placed in a sealed envelope marked “Bid pursuant to Decision and Order dated 3/9/22, regarding certain unsafe building” and contain non-collusive form, which sealed envelope shall be placed in a second sealed envelope addressed and mailed or delivered to Maryann Oumrim, Town Clerk of the Town of Cochecton, 74 Smales Road, Lake Huntington, New York 12752.
