Please take notice that the Town of Cochecton Planning Board, Sullivan County, New York
State will hold a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on January 26,2023,3 at the Town Hall located at 74
Smales Road, Lake Huntington, New York for the purpose of considering the Kratz Site Plan
submitted by Tom Ward Engineering. Said property is identified by tax map number 9.-2-1.2
located at 6365 State Route 52, Cochecton, New York. The project consists of construction of
four new storage buildings to the existing four units and a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan.
Interested parties are invited to attend and to give their comments.
