NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the proposed Budget of the COCHECTON FIRE DISTRICT, State of New York, for the year 2026, will be presented to the Board of Fire Commissioners of the COCHECTON FIRE DISTRICT, for its consideration. A Public Hearing will be held at 6:30 p.m., on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at the Lake Huntington Fire House located at 70 County Road 116, Lake Huntington, NY. The Board of Fire Commissioners must hold a public hearing and permit any person to be heard in favor of or against the proposed budget as it is submitted, or for or against any item or items contained in the proposed budget, and hearing all persons interested in the subject concerning same. A copy of the proposed budget is available by contacting the Fire District Secretary via email at jfarrell3@hvc.rr.com or calling (845) 932-8444 or the Lake Huntington Fire House where it may be inspected by any interested person.
