NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL
PURSUANT TO REAL PROPERTY TAX LAW §506
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ASSESSOR OF THE TOWN OF COCHECTON, County of Sullivan, has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year, which will be filed on or before May 1, 2025. A copy will be available with the Town Clerk at the Town Hall 74 Smales Road Lake Huntington, NY, during normal business hours, where it may be seen and examined by any interested person until the fourth Tuesday of May. And it will be available online at www.townofcochectonny.org. and http://sullivanny.us/Departments/RealProperty
The assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll during her normal business hours and on Saturday, May 10th between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm and Wednesday, May 14th between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm by appointment only.
THE BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW WILL MEET on Tuesday, May 27th, 2025, between the hours of 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm at the Cochecton Town Hall, in said town, to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessments, on the written application by any person believing himself to be aggrieved.
