NOTICE OF PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM TO USE MACHINERY CAPITAL RESERVE FUNDS
FOR PURCHASE OF A ONE-TON DODGE PICKUP WITH PLOW/ SANDER.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on December 10, 2025 at the Town Board meeting of the Town of Cochecton, Sullivan County, New York, the Town Board adopted a resolution to authorize the use of Machinery Capital Reserve Funds, in an amount not to exceed $75,000.00, for the purchase of a 2026 One-Ton Dodge “Dually” (dual rear wheels) equipped with plow and sander, from Robert Green Auto and Truck Inc..
It is hereby noted that this resolution is adopted subject to permissive referendum. Any petitions protesting such resolution and requesting that it be submitted to the qualified electors of the Town for their approval or disapproval must be filed with the Town Clerk within 30 days of this publication.
