LEGAL NOTICE.
Please take notice that the Town of Cochecton Planning Board, Sullivan County, New York State will hold a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on December 30, 2021 at the Town Hall located at 74 Smales Road, Lake Huntington, N. Y. for the purpose of considering the application of the Cochecton Cottages Project, 7584-7598 NY State Rte. 97 (SBL:18.-1-30) by BFRG LLC. All existing structures are to be demolished and eight (8) seven hundred (700) square feet, one-bedroom cottages with new drainage & water supply will be constructed as year-round rentals. The Public is invited to attend in person (wearing facial covering & practicing social distancing).
