Please take notice that the Town of Cochecton Planning Board, Sullivan County, New York
State will hold a public hearing at 7:45 p.m. on May 29, 2025, at the Town Hall located at 74
Smales Road, Lake Huntington, New York for the purpose of considering the Fosterdale 4-
Corners Plaza site plan submitted by owners Joe Picone Jr. and Joe Picone III (JSP Realty
Group LLC). The property is identified by tax map number 3-3-9.1 located at the corner of
NYS Route 17B and Route 52. The project consists of (3) buildings constructed as an upper
level, a lower level and a gas station. There will be two parking lots and three driveways.
Please be advised that the project’s Application and Site Plan will be on file for review at the
Town Hall located at 74 Smales Road, Lake Huntington, N.Y. 12752.
Interested parties are invited to attend and to give their comments.
