PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Cochecton, Sullivan County, New York will hold a Public Hearing at the Town Hall, 74 Smales Road, Lake Huntington, Sullivan County, New York, on the 10th day of November 2021 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering the enactment of a proposed Local Law #1 of 2021: A PROPOSED LOCAL LAW TO OPT OUT OF ADULT USE CANNABIS RETAIL DISPENSARIES AND ON-SITE CONSUMPTION SITES. Copies of the proposed local law can be viewed at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours. All present with be heard for or against said proposed local law, written comments must be to the Town Clerk by noon on November 9, 2021.
