NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
For approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC and the Town of Cochecton.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Cochecton will hold a Public Hearing on June 26th, 2024, at 6:30PM at the Cochecton Town Hall located at 74 Smales Road Cochecton, NY 12726 regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Town of Cochecton and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications.
A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Town Clerk’s office at 74 Smales Rd. Cochecton, New York. At such public hearing , all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time. Time limitations may be imposed for each oral statement, if necessary.
