Please take notice that the Town of Cochecton Planning Board, Sullivan County, New York State will hold a Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. on May 27, 2021 for the purpose of considering the application of a minor 2 lot subdivision located on 374 New Turnpike Road, Cochecton, N.Y. 12726 (SBL:1-1-31.3) by Lucier, Berlind & Berlind. The real property is zoned in the Agricultural Conservation District. The Public is invited to attend in person (wearing facial covering & practicing social distancing).
