PUBLIC HEARING
The Town of Cochecton Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at 7:30 p.m. on July 30, 2020 for the purpose of considering the application of a (17) lot major subdivision situated on State Road (NY52), County Road (CR 112); Town of Cochecton SBL: 15-1-36 (owned by RCAIS Holding LLC) & 15-1-37 (owned by Dougherty Holdings LLC). The properties are in the RU (Rural Development) Zoning District. A copy of the proposed subdivision plan is on file in the office of the Town Clerk and available for inspection by interested persons during Town Clerk’s business hours. In addition, a copy of the subdivision map will be available in the entrance of the town hall.
The Planning Board will at the above date, time and place hear all persons interested in the subject matter hereof.

· by written comments (submitted to the Planning Board by July 24, 2020); or
· by phone (Call 845-932-8360, Ext. 21 between 7:45pm and 8:15pm on July 30)
