PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Cochecton, Sullivan County, New York will hold a Public Hearing at the Town Hall, 74 Smales Road, Lake Huntington, Sullivan County, New York, on the 12th day of April, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of considering the enactment of a proposed Local Law #1-2017: A PROPOSED LOCAL LAW TO AMEND TOWN CODE CHAPTER 240 WITH RESPECT TO RENEWABLE ENERGY STYSTEMS.
Copies of the proposed local law can be viewed at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours. All present with be heard for or against said proposed local law, written comments must be to the Town Clerk by noon on April 12, 2017.
