Pursuant to §501 of the Real
Property Tax Law, the Town of
Cochecton Assessor has inventory
and valuation data available for
review of the assessments in the
Town. This data is the information
which will be used to establish the
Assessment Roll in the Town of
Cochecton, which will be filed on or
before May 1, 2023. An appointment
may be made to review this
information by telephoning the
