Please take notice that the Town of Cochecton Planning Board, Sullivan County, New York
State will hold a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on January 26,2023,3 at the Town Hall located at 74
Smales Road, Lake Huntington, New York for the purpose of considering the Kratz Site Plan
submitted by Tom Ward Engineering. Said property is identified by tax map number 9.-2-1.2
located at 6365 State Route 52, Cochecton, New York. The project consists of construction of
four new storage buildings to the existing four units and a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan.
Interested parties are invited to attend and to give their comments.

Cochecton Youth Commission Event – Grab your Mickey ears and get ready for the ultimate party when Disney On Ice presents “Let’s Celebrate” at Mohegan Sun Casey Plaze with more than 50 unforgettable Disney characters. The event will take place on January 14th. Please meet Michelle in front at 2:30. It will be hosted by Mickey and Minnie as they go on an adventure through 14 of the greatest Disney stories ever told. Sign ups for this great event will be January 3rd from 4:30-5:30 at the town hall. Contact Michelle 24 hours in advance if you cannot make that time. The cost for Cyc is free. For out of town children and adults, the cost is $24.50. please have exact cash/change available at sign ups. We cannot accept a check for this event. There is a parking charge the day of the event which is payable only by credit/debit card. Please contact Michelle at 570-419–8801 with any questions. The programs are funded in full or in part by the Sullivan County Youth Bureau.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Cochecton, Sullivan County, NY will hold all Regular Monthly Meetings at the Town Hall located at 74 Smales Road, Lake Huntington, NY at 7:00 PM. A work session will be held between 7:00 PM and 7:30 PM. All meetings will be held the second Wednesday of each month.
Notice of special meetings and public hearings will be posted at the Town Hall and on website: townofcochectonny.org.

TOWN OF COCHECTON NOTICE OF HEARING ON PRELIMINARY BUDGET
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the preliminary budget of the Town of Cochecton, Sullivan
County, NY for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2023 has been completed and filed in the
office of Town Clerk where it is available for inspection by any interested persons during the
hours of 9AM to 2 PM M/T/T/F or by appointment.
FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Board of said Town of Cochecton will meet
and review said Preliminary Budget and hold a Public Hearing at the Cochecton Town Hall, 74
Smales Road, Lake Huntington, NY at 7:00 PM on November 9, 2021 and at such hearing those
in favor of or against any item therein contained will be heard.
Pursuant to Sec. 108 of the Town Law, the proposed salaries of the following Town Officers are

CYC Holiday Event – Saturday December 3rd at 3pm, lower level town hall, (snow date December 4th at 3pm.) All Cochecton Youth are invited to a milk and cookie Holiday Party! We are hoping Santa stops by! As always, free to all Cochecton Youth! Sign ups for this event will only be on Tuesday, November 8th from 6:30pm-7:30pm at the lower level of the town hall. If you cannot make this sign up, please contact Michelle at 570 419 8801 at least 24 hours prior to the sign up time to make other arrangements.
If anyone would like to donate milk, cookies, plates, cups, and napkins that would be greatly appreciated!! (Just text Michelle and let her know.)
Reminder, if you sign up and cannot attend you will be responsible for the cost per child for this event.
