bids for stone; crusher run, red crusher run # 2’s, # 3’s, # 4’s, surge stone, PA # 8 or
(equivalent) PA # 6 or (equivalent) and anti-skid. All pricing shall be in US Tons F.O.B.
including pick up at the plant, delivery and trucked to Town of Cochecton Highway
Garage and delivery and trucked to various sites on Town of Cochecton Roads as

Clerk during regular business hours Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 10:00 am –

845/932-8360 ext 11 and they will be publicly opened and read aloud at 7:30 p.m. on the
12th day of April 2023 at the regular Town Board Meeting. Bids must bear on the face
thereof the name and address of the bidder. All bids shall be from June 1, 2023, to May
31, 2024. No bid may be withdrawn within 30 days from the date of the bid opening.
The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder at 7:30 p.m. on 10 th day of

bidders submit identical bids as to price the Town Board may award the contract to any

State will hold a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on March 30, 2023 at the Town Hall located at 74
Smales Road, Lake Huntington, New York for the purpose of considering the Gabriele
Subdivision submitted by owner Jeffrey Gabriele. The said property is identified by tax map
number 10.-2-44 located at 6624 State Route 52 (Crestwood Road), Lake Huntington, New York

Important Notice
You may be eligible for the RP467 Senior Citizens tax exemption. Seniors have until
March 1, 2023 to apply.
If this is your primary residence, and one or both owners are 65 years or older, prior to
March 1 2023, and your combined gross income does not exceed $28,900; you may be entitled
to the partial tax exemption.
The application form is available at the Assessors office or online at our website and
also on the Department of Tax and Finance website at www.tax.ny.gov. You will need to
download, complete and file this form (RP-467) with the Assessor on or before March 1 st 2023.
Also, if this is your primary residence and one or both owners are 65 or older and is
already receiving the Basic STAR exemption on your school tax bill and your combined adjusted
gross income minus taxable IRA distributions is $93,200 or less, you may be eligible for the
Enhanced STAR exemption or credit.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Cochecton, Sullivan County, New York will hold a Public Hearing at the Town Hall, 74 Smales Road, Lake Huntington, Sullivan County, New York, on the 8th day of February 2023 at 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of eliciting public comment regarding the updated Comprehensive Plan. A comprehensive plan sets forth a vision and goals for the Town’s future and provides the overall foundation for all land use regulation in the Town. Copies of the proposed Comprehensive Plan can be viewed at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.
